He was away for a few months, but doctors have advised that he takes a few more months off to give him more time to rest his voice.
Last time Charly Perez, the other lead singer of Banda El Recodo, was left to perform all the songs during their presentations.
This time, they are looking for back up.
Poncho Lizarraga said that Yaqui is not leaving the band and that the person who joins the band will stay even when Yaqui returns.
